I'm a birth/postpartum doula and childbirth educator, driven by a passion for supporting people on their journey through parenthood. With over 14 years of experience, I've dedicated myself to empowering expecting parents, providing guidance, and fostering confidence during one of life's most transformative times. My journey into doula work began in 2010 with my own experience of motherhood. As a mother of four, I understand firsthand the joys and challenges of pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum recovery. During my first pregnancy, I realized the gap between my expectations of childbirth and its reality, spurring me to offer a holistic approach to childbirth support, blending practical knowledge with empathy. Trained in Europe and the United States by Paramana Doula, Birthing from Within, DONA, and Cosmo Thai School, I've honed my skills to offer comprehensive support to expecting parents. Having attended over 450 births, I've guided numerous families in preparation for childbirth and postpartum care across Belarus, Cyprus, and the United States. Fluent in English, Belarusian, and Russian, with a solid grasp of German and Ukrainian, I ensure effective communication and support for families from diverse backgrounds. My dedication to empowering parents and facilitating a positive birth experience defines my practice. Whether you're embarking on the adventure of pregnancy, navigating the challenges of labor, or adjusting to life with a newborn, I'm here to listen and support you every step of the way.
