Hello! I am a birth doula committed to providing reproductive justice-centered care to birthing individuals and families. In my practice, I prioritize informed consent and decision-making during this transformative period. I am dedicated to supporting all individuals in making choices that align with their values and needs.

In addition to my doula training, I hold a Master's degree in Cultural Anthropology with a focus on contemporary reproductive justice in the United States. This background has provided me with a deep understanding of the complex cultural, social, and political factors that shape individuals' experiences with pregnancy, childbirth, and reproductive healthcare.

My approach to birth work emphasizes active listening, dialogue, and mutual respect. I strongly believe that all individuals have the right to be decision makers about their bodies and birthing experiences as foundational for long-term benefits in parenting.
